Office Manager

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

The office manager is the front of the house and responsible for making sure that the customer comes first. While there are a myriad of duties that go on behind the scenes, the office manager will handle all customer issues related to enrollment, tuition, schedule changes, and special events.

A successful office manager will have a positive mentality, be exceptionally organized, and be comfortable dealing with customers on a daily basis.

The office manager must be available to work during peak hours for the facility. Classes run Monday through Friday from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM, and 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Saturday. Additional hours outside of class time will be required to make full time status.

Customer first mentality
Be able to answer questions about schedules, classes, tuition, enrollment, etc...
Know how to work the gym software - iClass Pro
- Enrollments, tuition, camps, birthday Parties
Update website with schedules and events
Answer the phone and respond to emails
Maintain neat, tidy, and clean workspace and lobby

Recreational & Ninja Coaches

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

Coaches are the life of the gym! Without them there would not be a gym. Recreational and Ninja coaches will work with athletes from 18 months old up to 14 years old, and teach fundamental skills of gymnastics and ninja. Being a coach is an opportunity to work with young athletes in realizing their dreams!

There are a lot of aspects that contribute to being a successful coach, and experience is not always required! High energy and a willingness to learn can go a long way if you are interested in starting something new.

Coaches must be available to work during peak hours for the facility. Classes run Monday through Friday from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM, and 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Saturday.

Know and understand the goal, purpose, and lesson plans of the program you are a part of.
Be able to coach classes in a consistent weekly schedule.
Available to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Track athlete progress and fill out progress reports.
Communicate with parents about athlete progress.
Know how to operate the gym software on a basic level
- Register for classes, charge tuition, enter attendance...

Team Coach

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

With a growing team program we are looking to add to our staff! Team coaches will work with developmental athletes to ensure the proper progression of skills from the very beginning. Patience and attention to detail are critically important to the early development of young athletes.

Some experience in gymnastics is required for this position, whether it be coaching or competing at a high level. We will work with you to understand the structure and progressions of the team program.

Coaches must be available to work during peak hours for the facility. Practices run Monday through Friday from 3:30 PM until 8:00 PM.

Know and understand the goal and purpose of the developmental and team programs.
Lesson plan for practice and the safe progression of skills.
Coach practice in a consistent weekly schedule.
Available to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Track athlete progress and problem solve for areas of improvement.
Communicate with parents about athlete progress, problems, and behavior.
